WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle will turn 53 in less than three months. Nonetheless, he's still in great shape.
Angle retired from in-ring competition in April 2019. In his retirement match, he lost to Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35. Before that, Angle enjoyed a long and successful career.

The 52-year-old kicked off his wrestling career in the mid-1990s. He joined WWE in 1998 and spent eight years in the company before leaving in 2006. During his time in WWE, he became a Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion.
Following his WWE departure, Angle wrestled for different promotions, including TNA and NJPW. The TNA Hall of Famer then returned to WWE in 2017. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and became Raw General Manager. He also competed in several matches before hanging up his boots.
Kurt Angle has been taking care of his body since his retirement. He regularly trains and posts a few photos from the gym on his Instagram account.
#3. WWE Hall of Famer Alundra Blayze
Before joining WWE in 1993, Alundra Blayze competed in a few matches in WCW. Blayze's WWE run lasted only two years, during which she won the WWE Women's Championship three times. In 1995, WWE stripped Blayze of her title and released her.
The former WWE Women's Champion then returned to WCW. The most famous moment in her wrestling career came when she showed up on Nitro with the WWE Women's Championship belt and threw it in a trash can. Blayze spent several years in WCW before hanging up her boots in 2001.
Blayze returned to WWE 20 years after her departure to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015. Three years later, she competed in the 20-woman Battle Royal at WWE Evolution in 2018. The former Women's Champion also won the 24/7 title during her appearance on the RAW Reunion episode in 2019. She then sold it to Ted DiBiase.
Alundra Blayze is now 57 years old. Although she officially retired two decades ago, Blayze is still in great physical shape.
