The late great Eddie Guerrero always knew what would entertain the WWE fans. His wrestling abilities and comic timing were second to none. He played the role of a babyface and a heel perfectly. In 2001, he was arrested for DUI in Florida. He pleaded no contest and was sentenced to probation. The WWE released him three days after his arrest but he returned a year later.
#3 Jack Swagger arrested for DUI

Jack Swagger has tried his hand at a fair number of combat sports. He is one of the few WWE stars to try his hand at MMA and be fairly successful at it too. Swagger is currently a part of The Inner Circle at AEW.
Back in 2013, the former World Heavyweight Champion was arrested for DUI in Mississippi after a SmackDown taping. He was sentenced to six months of probation.
