#8 The Hurricane
Shane Helms is back with WWE now which means that there's always the possibility of a cameo by everyone's favorite superhero, The Hurricane. Hurricane's last Royal Rumble appearance came in the 2018 Royal Rumble match. He came in at No. 21 but was quickly eliminated from the match by 16-time world champion John Cena.

#7 Former WWE US Champion Samoa Joe
After being injured in 2019, Samoa Joe transitioned from an in-ring performer to a commentator on WWE RAW. Joe has done brilliantly during his time so far at the commentary desk, but fans are yearning to see the former NXT Champion back where he belongs, inside the squared circle.
We don’t really know what Joe’s injury status is right now but if he’s fine, a spot in the men’s Royal Rumble match could be perfect. Even if Joe doesn’t want to leave the commentary desk at the moment, it could be a one-off appearance, something like JBL’s entry into the 2014 Royal Rumble match.
