In December 2020, The Monster Among Men posted a photo of his incredible body transformation on his Instagram account. Strowman revealed that he was battling bad depression and had been drinking all the time. He was not getting enough sleep and was less active in the gym.
The WWE Superstar stated that everyone can make their lives what they want if they are willing to make an effort:
"You have to know when to walk away from things that aren’t good for you and that’s what I did and I’ll be damned if I ever look back. I think the craziest thing about this is there’s only a 35lb difference in my body weight in the two pix!"
Strowman defeated Shane McMahon in a cage match at WWE WrestleMania 37. He took part in a Triple Threat Match on Monday Night Raw against Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton to earn a WWE Championship opportunity at WrestleMania: Backlash.
McIntyre pinned The Legend Killer to win the match and book himself a WrestleMania rematch against WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.
#7. Former WWE Superstar Peyton Royce
Former WWE Superstar Peyton Royan underwent an incredible body transformation last August following weeks of intense training and a strict diet. Royce's motivation was her desire to participate in her first fitness competition.
The former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion highlighted her body transformation in an Instagram post a day before her competition. She revealed that her preparation for the fitness competition would have consisted of 12 weeks of hardcore dieting in addition to lifting and cardio workouts.
However, she decided to do it in just three weeks. The former WWE Superstar revealed that the process was mentally challenging for her.
Royce's husband Shawn Spears praised her on the day of the competition in an Instagram post too.
Peyton won two trophies in the competition. However, her luck has not been as good in WWE lately. She was absent from WrestleMania 37. WWE then announced her release on April 15.
