#6. WWE Commentator Michael Cole
Michael Cole is a legendary commentator in WWE. He is known for his longevity in the company. However, he was never known for having an incredible physique until four years ago.
In 2015, Cole revealed his new shredded body. He underwent a mind-blowing change. He told the whole story behind it in an interview with WWE.com:
"It was the perfect storm. All factors came together at once last October; getting older, being on television on a weekly basis, my metabolism slowing down, being unhappy when I looked at myself in the mirror and my energy wasn’t what it used to be. I was climbing mountains, and the big mountain that we tried to climb was Grand Teton in Wyoming. We got snowed off the mountain at 12,500 feet and even if we didn’t get snowed off, I knew inside that I wasn’t going to be able to finish the climb. I knew I wasn’t in shape to do it. All of those things combined made me realize that I needed to make some life changes."
The WWE SmackDown commentator said he felt better in his then-late forties than in his early twenties:
"I started at 226 pounds with 29.9 percent body fat and as of today, 11 months later, I weigh 169 pounds with 6.5 percent body fat. I was down 65 pounds, but I’ve put on a little weight because we changed my diet and added some calories. I feel better now at 48 years old than I did at 21 years old."
#5. WWE NXT Superstar Pete Dunne
Former WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne underwent an insane physical transformation in just six months. It was a shock to many of his fans.
Dunne posted a before and after photo on his Instagram highlighting his body's transformation. He commented on it with one word, "transform".
The WWE Superstar then replied to a comment on his post to address "the secret" behind his new body:
"Seriously though I have a lot of people asking for the ‘secret’, diet plan etc. Train to legit failure, eat in a slight deficit, make sustainable changes for life not just for 6 weeks. Throw in decent genetics and you’d be surprised what you’re capable of."
The NXT Superstar also replied to a fan's question regarding the time scale between his before and after photos:
"Between my highest and lowest weigh-ins were about 6 months. Losing weight fast is a terrible idea, I would recommend taking a long time, a lot of evidence to show the slower you lose it the more likely you are to keep it off. Post weight loss is where the real comittment starts in my opinion."
