#4. Former WWE Superstar The Big Show

The Big Show is a WWE legend. He is called the World's Largest Athlete. The WWE Universe knew him as a seven-foot-tall, 500lbs giant, but he decided to change that a few years ago.

The former WWE Champion revealed in an interview with WWE.com the reason behind his decision to change his physique after years of in-ring competition:

"It was definitely a conscious decision. You don’t make the transformation I’ve made without a serious commitment to changing 40 years of improper diet and improper training. I wanted to make a change, and I was given the time and opportunity to make a change, so I took advantage of it. I’ve worked a hard schedule for 22 years. Five days a week, 200-plus days a year on the road. With that time off, it was a chance for me to re-evaluate what I want to do with my future, what I want to do with myself, and really take this challenge on and see if I could make a change."

According to The Big Show, John Cena had the biggest reaction to his body transformation:

"The biggest reaction so far is from John Cena. John’s always been a very committed athlete. John sets the bar pretty high for every Superstar, and I’m not just kissing his butt because he’s John Cena. Professionally, John Cena has my respect more than anybody I’ve ever been around in the ring and out of the ring. He’s a hell of an individual, and we were joking one day. We were talking about getting in shape and I said, “Ah, what the hell is a giant gonna do with abs?” and John looked at me with a straight face and said, “Yeah. A giant with abs. That wouldn’t be marketable at all.” And he walked off. It was kind of a shot, but [later] John reached out and congratulated me on the work I’ve done. That meant a lot. To have that respect from him was a big boost."

The Big Show recently joined AEW. He plays two roles in the promotion: a commentator and an in-ring competitor.

#3. Former WWE Superstar Eva Marie

Eva Marie was a controversial superstar during her time in WWE. She wrestled on the main shows before going back to NXT. She also starred in WWE's reality show Total Divas.

WWE released All-Red Everything in 2017. In the same year, Eva Marie started her acting career. She landed a few roles in film and television. She also became a fitness trainer following her release from WWE.

The former WWE Superstar appears to be much more physically fit today than in her wrestling days. She posted a before and after photo on her Instagram comparing her body shape in her 20s to in her 30s.

Eva Marie said that age means little if one knows how to eat right and workout correctly. She stated that by removing certain lifestyle choices, following her diet, and training with purpose she improved with age.
