The Indian WWE Superstar underwent an incredible transformation that left him looking in the best shape of his life. The 34-year-old appeared muscular and ripped, unlike his earlier times in WWE.
Jinder Mahal addressed his physical transformation in an interview with GQ Magazine in June 2017:
"It started almost exactly a year ago. June 1st. I wasn’t signed back to WWE and I was eating a bunch of junk food and drinking too much beer. One day I just decided I was going to quit drinking, focus on my health, and start dieting again. One of the very first things I did was I contacted a meal prep company. It’s called Nutrition Solutions. So I quit drinking, got the Nutrition Solutions going, and just started training hard again. Two months later, I was signed back to WWE."
"I don’t think it was a coincidence. I was away from WWE for two years. I didn’t really care, and nobody cared about me. But as soon as I started caring about myself and putting in the effort in the gym and with my diet, quit drinking, two months later I was back in WWE."
#1. WWE Hall of Famer Edge
Edge is back in WWE and in better shape than ever. The Rated R Superstar returned to in-ring competition last year. His return captured the eye of the WWE Universe, and so did his incredibly transformed physique.
When Edge left WWE in the prime of his career, he was in good shape. However, he appeared in much better shape when he returned nearly nine years later. He is now more muscular and ripped than ever.
The winner of the 2021 Royal Rumble revealed the secret behind his incredible transformation in an Instagram post.
Edge said his first step towards getting in better shape was choosing to change. He dubbed that shift in mindset "essential". The former WWE Champion reached out to Rey Mysterio to ask him how he got himself in excellent shape at a similar age, and was directed to Nutrition Solutions.
Edge stressed that Nutrition Solutions' meals helped him get in the best shape of his life. He also highlighted the importance of hard work and discipline:
"So if you’re one of the many who asked what I’m doing? Hard work. Discipline. Nutrition Solutions. @1stphorm protein and supplements. Lots of alkaline water. Lots of planks. Lots of hanging leg raises. Lots of ab curl ups. Lots of cardio."
Edge competed in a Triple Threat match against Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania. The Rated R Superstar failed to capture the title as Reigns retained.
