The MMA icon wasn’t on Raw this week but the two previous weeks saw her align with Natalya in her battle with Mickie James, simply because they trained together when Ronda was secretly preparing for a career in wrestling.
From a personal behind-the-scenes perspective, Ronda obviously has a ton of respect for Natalya, but is it really necessary for WWE to carry that over to television?
In all likelihood, this is just the start of a much longer storyline, but it feels like a waste to involve Ronda in a rivalry like this when she has a whole host of bigger dream matches waiting for her on Raw, as well as unfinished business with Stephanie McMahon.
