Lashley last wrestled on Raw back on July 15th but hadn't been part of WWE Live Events since June, which was because of an undisclosed injury, this was later revealed by Fightful to be an elbow injury that Lashley underwent surgery for. The former Intercontinental Champion's predicted return is expected to be at the beginning of November and recent reports state that he's still on course to make his return on this date.

The 43-year-old is currently rehabbing his injury ahead of a return, but at this time it is unknown as to whether or not Lio Rush will be making his return alongside him. This is due to the fact that there were a few months before his injury where Lashley appeared alone and the company look to be attempting to distance The Almighty from his former manager at present.
