#4 Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair has firmly established herself as one of the top women in the black and yellow brand.

Belair is set to challenge either current champion Rhea Ripley or Toni Storm for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT TakeOver: Portland in February. Belair is another NXT star who has a good chance of being part of the Royal Rumble in the women's Rumble match.

#3 Matt Riddle

Another NXT Superstar who had a fanstastic 2019 was the ultimate bro, Matt Riddle. Riddle had a number of great Takeover matches in 2019, and even though he came up short in his chase for the NXT North American Championship, he looks set to move on to bigger things.

Another thing that will make Riddle making his Royal Rumble debut even more interesting is that he has repeatedly expressed his desire to face Brock Lesnar, who has already been confirmed for the Rumble match.

Although there is very little chance of this happening, it would be great if Riddle was the one to eliminate Lesnar and book his match against 'The Beast' at WrestleMania.
