Goldberg has only a few appearances at the Show of Shows.

Despite his status as a WWE Legend, the current Universal Champion has only competed at two WrestleManias. Part of that is due to being a steadfast member of WCW during the Monday Night Wars. The other part is due to only having a two-year run with WWE during his first stint. With more appearances over the last few years, he still will only be making his third appearance at the Showcase of the Immortals this year.

Goldberg and Lesnar squared off at WrestleMania 20 with the Master of the Spear picking up the win. The Beast got his win back at WrestleMania 33 when he took the Universal Championship from the former WCW Champ.

This year will be an interesting showing once again for the WWE Legend due to his opponent. With Roman Reigns being groomed to finally take over atop SmackDown, it appears that Goldberg's record at the Show of Shows might dip below .500. He likely wasn't sticking around for very long after his appearance at Super ShowDown, but by taking the title from The Fiend, it necessitates a match at WrestleMania 36 for Goldberg.
