To date, hardcore legend, Mick Foley is the only person to have entered the same Royal Rumble multiple times under different characters.

In the 1998 Royal Rumble, Cactus Jack was the first entrant in the rumble before being eliminated by Chainsaw Charlie. Foley then returned as Mankind, eliminating Chainsaw Charlie, before being eliminated by Goldust.

Finally, Dude Love came out as the 28th entrant and eliminated Bradshaw and Henry O. Godwinn, before being eliminated by The Rock.
During his career, Foley won the WWF title 3 times, the tag team titles 8 times, and was the first-ever Hardcore champion. Foley was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013.
Mick Foley participated in 1997, 1998, 2004, and 2012 Royal Rumble matches. His best appearance was the 1998 Royal Rumble, where he eliminated Terry Funk and Rocky Maivia, making it to the final 5, before being eliminated by The Undertaker. He did manage to win a Tag Team Royal Rumble with Kane in 1998.
