11-time champion to return and set up a match against Drew McIntyre at WWE RAW on Netflix debut? Exploring the chances

WWE RAW is undergoing major changes soon. The program will return to being three hours beginning with the January 6th episode, which also happens to be the premiere edition of RAW on Netflix.

One star who will surely appear on the program is Drew McIntyre. The Scottish Psychopath has been a menace, but the fans can't help but watch while he makes the other wrestlers fear him. With that being said, there is a WWE star who likely wants to return and set up a match with him. The name in question is Jey Uso.

Main Event Jey could return on RAW to set up a match with The Scottish Psychopath on the big Netflix premiere in California. He could do so with a backstage attack or a face-to-face confrontation.

Jey Uso likely has a good reason to target Drew too. McIntyre was away from WWE following his Hell in a Cell loss to CM Punk at Bad Blood. A few weeks ago, he returned and apparently jumped Jey backstage in a vicious fashion.

Supposing Jey will be fit and ready to return to the ring, he could have a big-time match with the alleged Bloodline hunter. Drew is working on taking care of Sami Zayn and he attacked Jimmy Uso. Could Jey put a stop to this madness?

WWE RAW moving to Netflix is a game changer. This opens up the red brand to new fans who have never seen the program before and makes it easier than ever for long-time viewers to check the show out.

As a result of the blockbuster move, the card is looking absolutely stacked. What is likely the main event for the show, Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa, has been being built up for months and will determine WWE's true Tribal Chief.

Another major bout is a long time in the making. CM Punk will take on Seth Rollins in what is a WrestleMania-level main event done on weekly television. The two have an incredible amount of animosity, which makes their impending bout all the more fascinating.

Lastly, a big-time title match has been announced for the show. Liv Morgan will defend her Women's World Championship against Rhea Ripley in what could be the first major title change of the new era of RAW.

With a card this stacked, Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso would fit in nicely in making this episode of RAW truly one to remember.
