#2 Cody Rhodes

The Throne Breaker. Stardust. Cody Rhodes. Whoever thought that the man who was trained in WWE would help create its biggest rival to date. Is it premature to say that? Probably. But let's take a look at the timeline.
Despite being from one of the more famous wrestling families in the business, Cody Rhodes spent the first ten years of his wrestling career in the WWE.
When he embarked on a journey to the indies in 2016, no one expected that he would become a top guy. Like an artist looking to find his groove, he remade himself into The American Nightmare. This led him to various wrestling promotions as he ventured through NJPW, TNA/Impact Wrestling, ROH, PWG to name a few.
His TNA run was not spectacular, but this was for the better, as he is now one of the driving forces behind AEW.
