#1 Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson
Known as The Rock in the ring and Dwayne Johnson out of it, the legendary WWE Superstar may be one of the most well-known celebrities in existence today.
The Rock made his WWE debut in 1996 and continued to work his way up to become one of the most impressive and influential Superstars in WWE. He managed to find success outside the ring simultaneously and decided to move to the silver screen to transform into the biggest Hollywood star in recent years.
While The Rock did a lot in the WWE ring, he holds a few Guinness World Records out of it. In May 2015, Johnson took the most self-portrait photographs (selfies) in three minutes to set a new Wolrd Record. He captured 105 selfies on the red carpet of his film San Andreas at London's Odeon Leicester Square with movie fans to set the Guinness World Record.
Another record that Johnson holds is of being the highest-paid first time leading-actor, as he was paid $5.5 million for his role in The Scorpion King.
The WWE Superstar's list of records doesn't end here!
That’s not all, as Johnson earned a whopping $64.5 million the same year to set the record for the highest-paid actor of all time. Can anyone question his decision to move away from wrestling and enter the world of acting after reading that? He's even pulled men like John Cena and Batista into the world of Hollywood with him.
His list of records doesn’t end there as Johnson and his team have created the largest layered dip of all time, weighing in at colossal 540 pounds! After the record was confirmed, the record-breaking dip was donated to the Midnight Mission Homeless Shelter in Los Angeles, California.
If you thought the list of The Rock’s records was going to end there, you were very wrong! In 2017, Johnson’s digital studio Seven Bucks Digital Studios made a maze of 3000 cereal boxes to topple domino-style to set yet another Guinness World Record!
