Cena has won 16 World Championships during his time in WWE, a record that may never be broken simply because it takes a lot of skill, star power, crowd reaction, and hard work to achieve that many titles. Only Ric Flair has managed to amass 16 World titles during his career to tie with Cena.

However, Cena’s record of 16 World Championships includes 13 WWE Championship reigns, which is a Guinness World Record. Between 2005 and 2017, Cena won 13 WWE Championship reigns with his win at the WWE Royal Rumble in 2017 earning him the Guinness World Record.
The next most successful WWE Superstar with most WWE Championship reigns in Triple H with nine victories, and it seems like he won’t be the one to break Cena’s record.
The Doctor of Thuganomics has also been instrumental in helping the Make A Wish Foundation for being the largest wish-granting non-profit organization, as recognized by the Guinness World Records. Cena has helped grant over 580 wishes for the foundation, becoming a big name for the foundation.
