2/1. Shelton Benjamin and former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar

It's well-known that Brock Lesnar and Shelton Benjamin were friends even before starting their careers in WWE. The two men wrestled together at OVW and at one point even decided to live together.

A few years ago, Benjamin spoke to Lillian Garcia about his bond with the former Universal Champion.

"When we first came to Louisville, [to train at OVW] we lived together," Benjamin said. "When I met Brock, I instantly liked the guy. He was a big, fun, loving dude. He’s the guy that if he likes you, he will give you the shirt off his back. If he doesn’t like you, well, you’ll know."

Shelton Benjamin and Brock Lesnar have since traveled in different directions with respect to their careers. Lesnar moved to MMA and Benjamin went to the indies, before both men later made a return to the company.

Lesnar and Benjamin became such close friends that the latter was named the godfather of The Beast's two oldest children. Of course, Paul Heyman is the godfather of Lesnar's two youngest.
