#11 NXT's Street Profits to be added to the New Day

NXT has transitioned from a developmental brand to that of capable in giving tough competition to Raw and SmackDown. Unlike Raw and SmackDown, the yellow and black brand features some terrific tag team wrestling instead of mere comedy segments.

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, collectively known as the Street Profits, are one of the most talented tag teams in NXT, although they are yet to receive a title shot. However, they could travel to greener pastures as according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider Elite (H/T: Ringsidenews.com), they could be a part of the New Day.

“If at some point on SmackDown if The New Day become stale, if you put Dawkins or Ford in there as something to add a little pep to that group.”

He further elucidated that this has nothing to do with their race. If they do get a call-up, it would be solely due to their talent and charisma. The New Day is, inarguably, the best stable of the PG Era, and it would be a welcome change if the management adds some more members to the group.
