#2. Mickie James
Mickie James has been doing periodic work on the announce table for WWE over the last few months because she has been unable to compete in the ring after undergoing surgery for a torn ACL in July, 2019.
Her expected return was April 2020 which would put her squarely in line to return at WrestleMania provided her recovery is going well!

#1. Lars Sullivan
Admittedly, there might now be many obstacles stopping Lars Sullivan from returning to WWE's main roster given his struggles with mental health and the revelation of his past dalliances with the adult film industry.
With that in mind, it's easy to forget that the reason why Sullivan was taken off of television in the first place was because he picked up a knee injury that is said to keep him on the shelf until June 2020.
Don't be fooled by that late return date though, as Sullivan could absolutely be one of those Superstars that miraculously return a few months earlier, it would certainly be inkeeping with his character.
