#3. & #2. Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie shared a ring with John Cena
At WWE Rebellion in 2002 John Cena teamed up with Dawn Marie to take on Billy Kidman and Torrie Wilson in what would be the last ever UK Exclusive WWE pay-per-view.
The match was more about Dawn Marie and Torrie Wilson than it was about Cena and Kidman. The two female WWE Superstars were about to enter into a lengthy and deeply personal feud involving Wilson's real-life father, with this match as the launching off point.
Incredibly, Kidman and Wilson won the match as John Cena in 2003 was a lot different to John Cena now. For starters, he was a heel then.
#1. John Cena's partner against Lance Cade, Trevor Murdoch and Umaga was Candice Michelle
WWE in 2007 was a different beast than it is now. Then RAW GM Jonathan Coachman just decided to book a match with all of the champions on RAW at the time.
This meant the faces and heels were paired together, meaning that World Tag Team Champions Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch and Intercontinental Champion Umaga would team up to face WWE Divas Champion Candice Michelle and WWE World Champion John Cena.
It sounded mental on paper but the match was very well put together with lots of massive heat moments of Umaga preparing to kill Candice, only to be stopped by Cena or a chair-wielding Jeff Hardy, who allowed Cena to pick up the win for his mismatched team.
