Becky Lynch has one of the best NXT-to-main roster stories ever. Nobody would have expected in 2014 and 2015 that one of the NXT women who were rising up the ranks would main event WrestleMania within half a decade or so.

But to her credit, she's scratched and clawed all the way to the pinnacle of WWE and she rightfully can be called the face of the Women's division in WWE. Her appearance change helped her greatly too, though it took some time to show.
#8. Seth Rollins
The photo above really shows what a jarring change Seth Rollins has gone through over the years. His blonde streak was important to him when he was a heel, but as a babyface, he let his hair dye into its natural colour.
Nothing needs to be said about his progression. From NXT Champion to The Shield to MITB winner to WWE Champion to Tag Team and Intercontinental Champion and finally Universal Champion, Seth Rollins has already done it all.
