#8 WWE Hall of Famer Edge lives for Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, and Alter Bridge
WWE Superstar Edge made a miraculous return from injury and retirement in early 2020 and took the WWE Universe by storm. During an interview with Journey with a Front Man, Edge revealed his favourite musicians.
“They [Foo Fighters] are my go-to band, them and Pearl Jam. I just love all types of music, as long as it’s got guitars and drums.”
The WWE Superstar also spoke about meeting Mark Tremonti of Alter Bridge which led to him getting his explosive entrance theme that gives fans goosebumps to this day.
“When I was out with my neck injury, I met Mark Tremonti. I met him at a Metallica show, actually. And I went back to his place after and he played me what would end up being the first Alter Bridge album. I heard Metalingus and I was like, “Dude, can I use that when I come back?” And he said, “Yeah! Of course!”
Edge is still one of the top WWE Superstars in the industry today, and The Rated-R Superstar has managed to influence an entire generation of new wrestlers.
#7 The Swiss Superman of WWE Cesaro listens to AC/DC, Sia, and Justin Beiber
Cesaro is one of the most underrated wrestlers in WWE today. Cesaro revealed some of his favourite music to What’s On during a tour to Dubai:
“There are some songs that pump me up [before a show], but that changes from day to day. There’s always some AC DC, some Eminem, and there are some good Sia songs actually.”
While his music choice is surely diverse, some fans will be surprised to know that The Swiss Cyborg is also a big fan of Justin Beiber.
