Drake Maverick has reinvigorated 205 Live as a brand, bringing back the popular style of Cruiserweight wrestling that made the Cruiserweight Classic such an exciting tournament and looks set to continue growing 205 Live for the future.
One of the things that Maverick has done is bring in some new faces to 205 Live, with Roderick Strong, Mark Andrews, Buddy Murphy and Tyler Bate all competing in a Cruiserweight Title tournament, leading up to Cedric Alexander winning the vacant title at WrestleMania 34.
However, what new faces could we see in the future as Maverick continues to make 205 Live a must-see show? We take a look at all of the current WWE Superstars on NXT, Raw and SmackDown Live who are billed as being under 205 lbs.
#15 Johnny Gargano
Johnny Gargano has been part of two of WWE's best rated matches in years, against Andrade "Cien" Almas and his nemesis Tommaso Ciampa.
As a result, he's earned himself a spot as one, if not the best, baby-face the WWE currently has.
It's clear the WWE has big plans for when Gargano's time to move on from NXT is. However, could we see him make a stop in, or even stay permanently in 205 Live? Especially seeing as his WWE debut came as part of the Cruiserweight Classic Tournament.
#14 Pete Dunne
Despite looking far too bulky for the Cruiserweight Division, they don't call the current WWE United Kingdom Champion 'The Bruiser weight' for nothing. In fact, Pete Dunne would be right at home in 205 Live.
Not only is he one of WWE's most dominant and longest running champions, but he's capable of having fantastic matches with some of 205 Live's most recent call-ups like Roderick Strong and Tyler Bate.
#13 & #12 Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish
Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish are known as two of the best wrestlers out there for their tag-team work as ReDRagon and are currently enjoying a great run in NXT as part of The Undisputed ERA.
So why are they a double entry on this list? Well, Maverick seems to be slowly building a tag-team division on 205 Live with Hideo Itami and Akira Tozawa teaming up, and the Luchadors becoming a stable.
The two lads of The Undisputed ERA would make a great addition to that division if it does happen, especially as they're both under 205 lbs.
#11 & #10 Sunil and Samir Singh
The Singh Brothers have been a mainstay on the main roster as Jinder Mahal's henchmen for some time now, but the pair debuted for WWE separately as competitors in the Cruiserweight Classic.
At some point, they're going to have to step out from behind Mahal's shadow and what better place for them to do that than as a tag-team in 205 Live's upcoming tag-team division. The pair would be a natural fit.
#9 Chad Gable
Chad Gable has been a tag-team wrestler for the duration of his time in the WWE (apart from a small period right a the start in NXT) with American Alpha and his team with Shelton Benjamin on SmackDown.
Gable has now been drafted to Raw with all signs pointing towards him reuniting with his former American Alpha partner Jason Jordan.
But WWE could throw a curve-ball and have Gable chase singles success in 205 Live, he'd certainly be a worthy Cruiserweight Champion.
#8 Finn Balor
I know what you're thinking, surely having the first ever Universal Champion on 205 Live would be a huge step back for Finn Balor?
And while I think thoughts like that are harmful to 205 Live as it should be seen as competitively relevant as any other title belt or division, I'd be inclined to agree.
However, there's absolutely no reason why Balor, who qualifies for the Cruiserweight Division couldn't make the odd appearance every now and then to give a rub to an up an coming 205 Live Superstar.
#7 & #6 Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch
Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch are two of the most underrated guys on NXT, and they had one of the most underrated rivalries in NXT that culminated in them becoming, you guessed it, one of the most underrated tag-teams in NXT.
However, with both wrestlers being under 205 lbs and with both wrestlers not really amounting to much in the NXT tag-team division, they seem ready-made and perfect to join the 205 Live tag-team division when it finally happens.
#5 Tomasso Ciampa
The storyline friendship and rivalry between Gargano and Ciampa has been one of the best pieces of storytelling in recent WWE memory.
So, if WWE does decide to put Johnny Gargano in 205 Live I see absolutely no reason not to have Ciampa follow.
It's where both men started with that incredible Cruiserweight Classic first-round match that showed cracks in their friendship from the start.
It would be great to see the next chapter of their story take place there before they both maybe move on to the main roster.
#4 Lio Rush
Lio Rush is a young, incredibly promising prospect for NXT and is definitely going to achieve great things in the company.
If you've seen any of his matches so far you'll agree that he's tailor-made for 205 Live.
Again, many might consider 205 Live to be a place that could hold someone with Rush's potential down, but it might also be a place to help him grow into the main event talent he has every chance of becoming.
#3 Sin Cara
With Kalisto, Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado now a Lucha stable in 205 Live it leaves Sin Cara as the only masked luchador on the main roster.
But, he doesn't seem to be amounting to much on SmackDown Live so I see no reason to have him miss the Lucha-party any longer.
On the one hand it would be a shame to put all of WWE's luchadors in one corner of their product, but on the other hand, the four-person stable of wrestlers would be incredibly dominant on 205 Live and could really shine.
#2 Xavier Woods
Xavier Woods has all of the charisma, promo ability and in-ring talent to be a major singles competitor but for one reason or another hasn't really achieved any singles glory in the WWE, despite being a hugely successful tag-team champion.
Incredibly he is legible to join 205 Live and doing so, whilst still being a part of The New Day on the main roster, might be a great way for him to earn his first singles title in the company. One that he definitely arguably deserves.
#1 Ricochet
This one speaks for itself surely? The Cruiserweight Division is synonymous with incredible technical ability and death-defying aerial ability.
These are things that epitomise NXT's newest Superstar Ricochet.
A lot of people joked that Ricochet would end up on 205 Live when he joined the company. But would that really be such a bad thing?
Imagine the matches he could have with the likes of Mustafa Ali, Buddy Murphy or Drew Gulak.
Imagine how must-see 205 Live would be with 'The One and Only' on it.
