Asuka has competed in three WrestleMania matches and has lost them to WWE Superstars such as Charlotte Flair and the team of Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross. While Asuka has achieved a lot in WWE, she is yet to have her WrestleMania moment.

Rhea Ripley, like her opponent for the night, Asuka, is yet to win a match at WrestleMania. This will be Rhea Ripley's second singles match at the Showcase Of Immortals. Last year, Ripley unsuccessfully defended her NXT Women's Championship against Charlotte Flair.

Shayna Baszler is currently one half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions along with Nia Jax. The team of Jax and Baszler are two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champions and will be looking to retain their championship on Night Two of WrestleMania 37. Last year during her WrestleMania debut, the Queen Of Spades was defeated by Becky Lynch in a WWE RAW Women's Championship match.

WrestleMania 37 marks Apollo Crews' first-ever singles match on the Grandest Stage Of Them All. In previous years, he was only featured in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. This year, he will be challenging Big E for the Intercontinental Championship in a Nigerian Drum Fight.
