Becky Lynch could face a 17-year veteran who could return to WWE after a nine-year hiatus. The Man is rumored to return to WWE on the first WWE RAW on Netflix. According to reports, the Stamford-based promotion has big plans for the 37-year-old at WrestleMania 41.
The plan could involve her facing AJ Lee, who could make her return to WWE after 3,669 days. AJ stepped away from wrestling on April 3, 2015. With CM Punk back in WWE, fans have been buzzing about the possibility of his wife returning too.
The excitement around her return ramped up when the Straight Edge Superstar and the visionary went head-to-head in a verbal showdown on a recent RAW episode. In that segment, Punk went too far by dragging Becky Lynch into his promo, asking Rollins if his wife had "taken her balls and run home," poking fun at Lynch's current break from TV. But Rollins, 38, didn’t shy away either and fired back with a personal jab at CM Punk and AJ Lee.

After this intense back-and-forth, a lot of fans think AJ Lee might make a comeback to stir things up with Becky Lynch. If the 37-year-old does come back, the creative team could easily set up a match at WrestleMania 41.
A rivalry would amp up the excitement leading to WrestleMania, but right now, it’s all just speculation. We’ll have to wait and see if the back-and-forth between Seth and Punk is a sign of AJ Lee making a comeback and possibly clashing with Lynch.
Will Becky Lynch appear on the first Netflix RAW?
Becky Lynch's contract ran out last June, but she’s popped up recently in a couple of WWE and Netflix gigs, sparking chatter about her return. While it doesn’t guarantee she’ll show up in the premiere next week, the lineup is looking pretty good for her comeback.
The last time we caught a glimpse of the five-time women's champ was in May when she faced off against Liv Morgan in a steel cage match for the Women's World Championship. After that match, The Miracle Kid boldly declared that she had retired Becky for good.
WWE could revisit the rivalry with Lynch returning to either cost Morgan or have a face-off with the reigning champion after her bout with Rhea Ripley. It'll be interesting to see which direction the company takes.
