Asuka should walk into WrestleMania as the champion

At Fastlane 2018, Asuka announced that she will battle for the SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania 34. The then undefeated Asuka's streak came to an end after she failed to capture the title. And now, almost an year from that night, Asuka is defending her SmackDown Women's Championship at Fastlane.

Though she had lost a ton of momentum in the middle, she has been able to garner it back after winning the title at TLC. Asuka's reign has been dominant thus far. She had defeated Becky Lynch clean at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view earlier in January. This shows the trust that the Creative team has in the Japanese superstar.

She is always a bigger draw than Mandy Rose and it would be great if WWE allows Asuka to retain her title and defend it against this woman....
