Orton got busted open on Raw

WWE have been teasing an injury angle with Randy Orton after he was brutally assaulted by the Authority on Raw. WWE is not reporting that Orton suffered a concussion (kayfabe) from that brutal attack. They promised to provide an update on Orton’s condition later on. As noted, Orton was written off TV for a few weeks as he films The Condemned 2.

On the injury note, Cesaro suffered a bad cut on his head during his match with Dean Ambrose on Raw. Cesaro had to get 5 staples in his head to close the wound. He posted the following on Instagram:
