Brock Lesnar possesses frightening intensity and staggering strength seen only among superhuman figures like villains in the 'Superman' movies. He is called as The Beast Incarnate, The Anomaly, Glory to The Conqueror, and with other such epithets.
He was launched in an episode of 'Raw' in 2002. Since then, he has defeated WWE legends like the Undertaker, Roman Reigns, The Rock, and other iconic wrestlers. He left WWE after two years to join UFC as a mixed martial artist. After tasting some early success and few defeats, he returned back to WWE in 2012. He became champion by defeating Goldberg and since then has gone on from strength to strength.
Lesnar is definitely one of the most polarizing figures in the history of WWE, and the main reason is the dedication and hard work put by him in every match. Most of his fights consist of a few strikes, German suplexes, and however many F-5s it takes to defeat his opponent.
But when it comes to SummerSlam, he adds that extra zing into his performances to make the fights more memorable. He follows the simple rule, "Go big or go home." Lesnar has lost the least number of matches, second only to Goldberg. He has been absolutely brutal inside the ring, punishing his opponents with his brutal blows and strikes.

Only a few wrestlers have been able to defeat him. John Cena in Extreme Rules 2012, Triple H in Wrestlemania 29, Eddie Guerrero in No Way Out 2004, Goldberg in Survivor Series 2016 won against him. There have been three other wrestlers who defeated him by submission. They are legendary figures in the history of WWE.
We will discuss these three wrestlers along with the details of the fight.
#2 Kurt Angle (SummerSlam 2003)
It was very difficult to defeat Brock Lesnar even when he made his debut. He was giant and bug who had defeated superstars like The Rock and Hulk Hogan.
SummerSlam 2003 was conducted in Phoenix, Arizona. The build-up to this fight began in an episode of Smackdown in July 20003. During a promotional interview in the ring, Angle was challenged by Lesnar for a rematch of their fight at Vengeance (PPV event). After much drama involving Vince McMahon, it was decided that Lesnar would fight Angle at SummerSlam.
This was the fifth match of the event. Initially, Lesnar tried to walk away from the ring, but he was brought back inside the ring by Angle. Angle was offensive from the start with his manoeuvres, including DDT and Angle Slam.
At one point, when Angle applied the ankle lock, he got hit by a steel chair thrown at him by Vince McMahon, to break the submission. The fight continued, and at one point, Lesnar tapped out when Angle applied the ankle lock once again.
Angle retained the WWE Championship. This remains one of the best matches of all time, etched in the memories of the fans and critics.
#1 The Undertaker (SummerSlam 2015)
This was conducted in Brooklyn, New York. Lesnar had broken the Undertaker's streak at WrestleMania 30, so he was in full mood to get his revenge from the Beast.
This fight was touted to be one of the biggest rematches in the WWE PPV history, but the performance did fall short of the hype. This was Undertaker's first SummerSlam match since 2008.
The main event saw Brock Lesnar along with Paul Heyman face the Undertaker. During the fight, the Deadman tried a Chokeslam on Lesnar, but the Beast countered it by executing three German Suplexes. The Conquerer attempted an F-5 through a broadcast table on Undertaker. Undertaker executed Tombstone Piledriver and a Chokeslam on Lesnar for a near-fall.
This continued for a long time with none of them looking to give up. At one point of time, the Undertaker attacked Lesnar with a low blow and tried Hell's Gate. Lesnar did not submit but ultimately collapsed to give Undertaker the win via technical submission. The crowds cheered for the Deadman.
It wasn't a poor match as far as marquee attractions go, but it was not at the same level as their encounter at 'Mania.'
