#1 Shouldn't win: Charlotte Flair
Charlotte Flair announced herself as the first entrant in the women's Royal Rumble match this year, and she will be the ultimate pick to win it. After becoming the second-last survivor last year, The Queen will be cautious this time to get the job done. While Charlotte's victory might look feasible this year, the fans might not approve it, similar to Roman Reigns' Royal Rumble victory in 2015, when the fans turned on the Big Dog.
Although Charlotte is currently not enjoying a great run in WWE, she is still considered as one of the best Superstars in the women's division. The ten-time Women's Champion won the SmackDown Women's Championship thrice last year. Chasing the Women's Tag Team Titles in the latter part of the year, she had failed to grab it, but she is slowly getting back on track after a couple of singles victories.
Royal Rumble allows a Superstar to get a title shot, but Charlotte Flair certainly doesn't need to win the Royal Rumble to receive a title shot. Moreover, if Becky Lynch remains the RAW Women's Champion, Charlotte might challenge her after winning Royal Rumble. It will not be an exciting match for the fans, as they already had a long feud last year.
