It very much feels like The Bloodline's summer in WWE. Solo Sikoa has put together a group of dangerous men, who have helped him earn a world title match against Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam. But that's not all. Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu are hungry for more.

(WARNING: Spoilers for the July 26 edition of SmackDown below)

The Bloodline will challenge for the WWE Tag Team Championship, following their victory at last night's double tapings for SmackDown. Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga won the number one contender's tag team turmoil match, earning a shot against DIY.

While not announced, it could happen on the night before SummerSlam, in Johnny Gargano's hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. One would expect the Tongans to wipe the floor with DIY and become Tag Team Champions, but what if a twist is coming? The Bloodline has made quite a few enemies recently, including one Randy Orton.

Solo Sikoa's crew took out The Viper on last week's SmackDown while making Cody Rhodes watch. Orton is off WWE television as a result but he might be back soon, possibly in time for SummerSlam. He can attack Tonga Loa on the outside, allowing Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa to get the win via a distraction.

This would help achieve multiple things. DIY would get a longer Tag Team Title reign, having just recently won the belts. Also, Randy Orton can then be in Cody Rhodes' corner at SummerSlam, slightly tilting the odds in the Undisputed WWE Champion's favor despite The Bloodline's presence.

Are Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes enough to thwart The Bloodline at WWE SummerSlam?

Randy Orton can take care of the Tongans on the outside, while he and Jacob Fatu would likely neutralize each other. This leaves Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa one-on-one in the ring, without any more Bloodline interference. The American Nightmare seems likely to retain his WWE Title, but what happens after the match is where the focus will lie.

Roman Reigns is expected to return at the end of SummerSlam, potentially to confront the new Tribal Chief. But, what if we get multiple swerves at the end? Just as Rhodes reacts to Reigns' return, Orton can nail him with an RKO and officially turn heel. That would make SummerSlam even bigger.
