2015 Money in the Bank: Full match card analysis and predictions

New Day vs. The Prime Time Players (Tag Team Championship)

New Day vs. The Prime Time Players (Tag Team Championship)

After stealing the show at Elimination Chamber, the tag team division will be back at Money in the Bank. New Day will have a lesser challenge this time around in the form of Prime Time Players. The match shows shades of brilliant booking by the WWE creative team if they intended it. On any other day, New Day would have won this match easily.

However, now that The Wyatt Family are getting a build on the other side of the division, there is a slim chance of the babyfaces winning the title. This adds unpredictability to the match. What will come to New Day’s rescue is Kofi Kingston’s absence. WWE is not going to let them drop the title without Kofi around. So it might be a win for New Day on Sunday.

Prediction: New Day Wins

Ryback vs. Big Show (Intercontinental Championship)

Ryback vs. Big Show (Intercontinental Championship)

A few months back, the Intercontinental Championship was stealing the show at WrestleMania. Fast forward to present, it is being decided in a match between Ryback and Big Show. With all respect to both the superstars, a majority portion of the fans will probably end up getting bored with this one.

There is no emotional investment in the feud and Big Show looks in no condition to have a title run. This is only an attempt by WWE to help Ryback get a win under his belt. Show getting the gold will be a big twist and will do no good for both men. It is a clean win for Ryback unless WWE wants to keep the feud going for another pay-per-view.

Prediction: Ryback wins
