On this week's RAW, Sasha Banks and Bayley faced off against Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan, and Nia Jax & Tamina in a triple threat match, with the losers starting the Elimination Chamber match for the inaugural women's tag team titles.

Banks injured herself during the match, and Bayley was left to fend for herself once again.

WWE.com posted an update on the injury: "Sasha Banks re-aggravated a shoulder injury during a Triple Threat Tag Team Match on Raw, WWE.com has learned. The injury forced Banks out of the match, leaving her partner Bayley to compete by herself."

The injury to Banks and the team of Banks and Bayley entering first has led many to believe that the two would split, and one of them would turn on the other.

While that would lead to a great singles match in the future, the newly formed women's tag titles will lose a major contender in Bayley and Banks. Once more women's tag teams are added to RAW and SmackDown, a Banks-Bayley split can be talked about.
