The Usos, have undoubtedly, proven time and time again why they are one of the bests in the ring together.

On the March 21st episode of SmackDown Live, The Usos defeated American Alpha to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championship, and as a result, became the first team to win both the Raw Tag Team Championship (formerly WWE Tag Team Championship) and the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.

On the April 12th episode of SmackDown Live, The Usos were successful in their first title defence by defeating American Alpha in a rematch. At WWE Backlash, The Usos successfully defended their titles against Breezango. However, at WWE Battleground, The Usos lost the titles to The New Day, ending their 124-day title reign.

Not long after that, The Usos recaptured the titles back from The New Day at WWE SummerSlam, and became the first team to win the SmackDown Tag Team titles twice. They also became the first tag team since The Dudley Boyz in 2001 to become 4-time tag team champions. That reign ended on the September 12 edition of SmackDown Live, after they lost in a Sin City Street Fight, to The New Day.

At WWE Hell In A Cell, The Usos defeated The New Day to win the titles for the third time. They went on to defeat Raw Tag Team Champions, Cesaro and Sheamus at WWE Survivor Series, in an interbrand Champion vs Champion match.
