#2 Worst: Alberto Del Rio
Alberto Del Rio's initial year in WWE was an odd affair.
Starting off strong, Del Rio would quickly rise up the ranks of SmackDown, and after winning the 2011 40-Man Royal Rumble, it seemed a world title was a sure thing.
This momentum was halted though at WrestleMania 27 when he lost to World Heavyweight Champion Edge in the show's opener, but Del Rio got a second shot when he won the RAW Money in the Bank ladder match.
After initially trying to cash-in that night, Del Rio would cash-in for real at SummerSlam 2011.
Pinning CM Punk, Del Rio's reign would be very short, as he'd quickly lose the title to John Cena, and though he'd regain it quickly after, this reign was also short, and the damage to the Mexican Aristocrat's career was done.
