3 Biggest hits and 3 missed opportunities from RAW (May 6, 2019)

Hit #1 Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre

Roman Reigns' defiance has led to something. WWE now has a wildcard rule. And, we consider it a hit, even though the Superstar Shakeup 2019 has become laughable. He made his comeback to RAW to face Drew McIntyre in a WrestleMania rematch. The outcome of his return was a crisp showdown between the Scottish Psychopath and him.

There are not too many wrestlers currently that bring the 'big match presence' to their matches like Reigns. However, it was Drew McIntyre who was the star here. There's a certain aura he carries that will take him far in the long run.

The match was nothing we'd remember beyond next week, but it gave us entertaining television. Also, McIntyre again gave glimpses of a future World Champion. Thankfully, he didn't have to eat a pin here as Elias and Shane McMahon attacked the Big Dog.

It's interesting to note where Shane McMahon's attacks on Reigns lead the two men. For now, it was exciting to see The Miz chase and beat McMahon, before the latter used a low blow to escape.
