#1 Rey Mysterio drops the United States Championship
Rey Mysterio became the new United States Champion two weeks ago on RAW and now is not the time to take the title from him.

'The Master of the 619' is a top face in WWE and there are several good things that can happen with Mysterio as the United States Champion. The championship picture spotlight will benefit Dominic, Rey Mysterio's son, who is also a future WWE Superstar in the making.
Vince McMahon hasn't shied away from involving Dominic in storylines, so Mysterio's United States Championship run may only further introduce Dominic to the wrestling world.
Also, the United States Championship scene needed a change and Rey Mysterio helped move that process along. If AJ Styles ends up winning it again, WWE would only backtrack on progress. So, let's hope this championship match is a part of the storyline between Randy Orton and AJ Styles and not a plan to make 'The Phenomenal One' United States Champion yet again.
