#1 Vince completely trusts Hunter with NXT

NXT is truly led by Triple H!

Triple H has had a legendary career as a wrestler being one of the biggest stars of the company in the last two decades, but NXT is still the best thing that he has given to WWE as well as the whole pro-wrestling business.

We saw Dean Ambrose rip-off WWE's main roster booking as well as the atmosphere backstage with many wrestlers unhappy in the company, but the documentary did a great job in letting the viewers know how different NXT is. The great sense of contentment and pride in the whole roster after a highly successful NXT TakeOver: New York was clearly visible.

Another interesting observation from the episode was that the boss Vince McMahon was nowhere to be seen at NewYork's TakeOver event. Considering the constant blaming of Vince micromanaging everything in the company, it was a pleasant surprise to see him trust Hunter completely and not interfere. One can also argue that maybe the chairman was busy with something else, or maybe does not care.

Whatever may be the case, NXT is truly Triple H's baby!
