Sonya Deville returned to WWE TV this week as a warm-up for Charlotte Flair ahead of her title defense on Sunday night, but even having Mandy Rose at ringside wasn't enough to help the former MMA star to victory.

The match wasn't a solid one by any stretch of the imagination, but one spot, in particular, would have stood out to the WWE Universe since it looked as though Charlotte was looking for a springboard rebound from the triangle choke but Sonya's neck bounced off the rope and Charlotte was then forced to switch the move in mid-air. This is definitely something that Sonya will be feeling in the morning.
