Jey Uso clinched the Intercontinental Championship following his victory over Bron Breakker in the main event of the latest episode of Monday Night RAW. It was the first-ever singles title for The Yeet Master in the Stamford-based company, while Breakker lost the championship just after 51 days.

With Jey Uso now ready to defend his Intercontinental Championship, we take a look at three superstars who could emerge as the next challengers to The Yeet Master's title on Monday Night RAW.

#3. Xavier Woods

A WWE Hall of Famer isn't a John Cena fan. More details HERE

Xavier Woods appears to be frustrated following The New Day's failure to get back on track and become tag team champions again. The faction is coming off back-to-back losses to The Judgment Day and American Made, which led to a backstage confrontation between Woods and Rey Mysterio.

As he is preparing for a match against the WWE Hall of Famer, Xavier Woods could turn heel against Kofi Kingston, since he aims to become champion again.

On that occasion, a title match against Jey Uso for the Intercontinental Championship would make sense, as Woods would be willing to make a statement right away.

#2. Bronson Reed

Bronson Reed has wreaked havoc on Monday Night RAW recently. He has injured Seth Rollins and R-Truth, writing them off WWE programming, and now is in a heated feud with Braun Strowman.

The rivalry between the two behemoths is expected to be settled next Monday on RAW when the two superstars collide in a Last Monster Standing Match. Following that, fans should expect Bronson Reed to pursue a title, given the push he has been given by WWE and the momentum he has had recently.

WWE has teased an Intercontinental Championship opportunity for Bronson Reed a couple of times over the past few months, still, they eventually went in a different direction.

Now, though, Bronson Reed could eventually get the title shot he is looking for against Jey Uso, who is expected to become a fighting champion on the red brand.

#1. Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio is maybe the top contender for the Intercontinental Championship due to his feud with Jey Uso. Dirty Dom and The Yeet Master have not seen eye-to-eye for months now, and things are not expected to change soon.

Jey has been engaged in a feud with The Judgment Day and has faced Dominik Mysterio recently. Meanwhile, Uso has seemingly started a romantic storyline with Rhea Ripley, who had been a part of an on-screen love triangle with Dirty Dom and the reigning Women's World Champion, Liv Morgan.

A Jey Uso vs. Dominik Mysterio feud for the Intercontinental Championship could create a new angle to the storyline, as we expect Mami to come to the aid of The Yeet Master, leading to mixed tag team action, where Jey and Rhea would team up against Liv and Dirty Dom.

Given the unfinished business between the alliance of Jey Uso & The Terror Twins against The Judgment Day, Dominik Mysterio should be the first to challenge for the Intercontinental Championship.

It also remains to be seen whether Bron Breakker will have a rematch or whether he will move on to his next storyline.
