Paul Heyman is the new Executive Director of RAW. It is certainly great news for the WWE Universe and the expectations will be high. Following the appointment of Heyman, we will be hoping to see an improvement in the quality of the product.
Heyman, who is the onscreen advocate of Brock Lesnar, has been one of the greatest personalities in WWE.
The former ECW owner is no stranger to the creative role in Vince McMahon's company. Earlier, Heyman was the pioneer to the success of SmackDown Live in 2002 as he was the lead writer of the Blue Brand.
In the first week of Heyman's role as the Executive Director, we witnessed a great show from the Red Brand. RAW had some jaw-dropping moments and it was certainly one of the best shows in recent weeks. Heyman definitely needs to fix some issues to make it a better show.

#3 Less repetitive matches
Repetitive matches have been one of the major problems of the Red brand and the fans certainly get tedious of the same matches every week.
Considering RAW is a three-hour show, it has a big enough roster and numerous Superstars are underused on the Red brand. Despite having such a huge roster, WWE fails to book exciting new matches.
Apart from the repetitive matches every week, the storylines have not been impressive. The company often books a match between two Superstars without telling a story behind it. For instance, the Miz faced Elias on RAW this week and the two men already locked horns a couple of times recently.
After the arrival of Undertaker, the Miz is not part of the storyline and he needs a new direction. Moreover, the New Day members fought Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn consecutively until this week. Heyman certainly needs to fix it to make the product exciting for the fans.
#2 A big push for EC3
The stakes were high when EC3 made his main roster debut in February. But unfortunately, his main roster journey has turned into a disaster in the last few weeks. Since winning his debut match against Dean Ambrose on RAW, it has been not turned out well for the former NXT Superstar.
Currently, EC3 hardly gets TV time and he is in the 24/7 Title picture. As a matter of fact, EC3 won the 24/7 Title last week, before losing it back to R-Truth.
EC3 earned his name in TNA where he became one of the biggest stars of the. Unlike his current WWE run, EC3 won multiple titles and was part of some impressive feuds. After signing for WWE in 2018, he had a notable run in NXT. Though EC3 never won the most coveted prize of the developmental brand, he certainly made a good impact.
EC3 has all the attributes to be a top guy in WWE. Moreover, the fans have been vocal about the misuse of EC3 on the main roster.
Since Heyman will play a key role in the backstage area, he could convince Vince McMahon to push EC3 as he has all the skills to make it to the top of the food chain in WWE.
#1 Rebuild the RAW Tag Team division
There is no denying that the RAW Tag Team division is in serious jeopardy and it needs to be fixed. Under the guidance of Heyman, the Tag Team division of the Red Brand could get a big boost. Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson are the current holders of the RAW Tag Team Titles, but they were not part of the match card at Stomping Grounds.
It is a shame that the RAW Tag Team Titles haven't been defended in a pay-per-view after WrestleMania 35 which is certainly not a good sign for the Tag Team division.
Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins were the previous champions, but they didn't defend the twin belts at Money in the Bank and Super ShowDown. They put the titles on the line in a triple threat match on RAW where The Revival recaptured the gold.
The Usos and the Viking Raiders came to the Red Brand at Superstar Shake-Up, but haven't been involved in the title picture. Heyman should definitely focus on bring out the best from the tag-team division.
