CM Punk, one of the best in the pro wrestling business, left WWE after getting disgruntled with the creative as well as the company. He later went on to join UFC, and signed a multi-fight contract with Dana White. However, after 2 straight losses in 2 matches, Punk's UFC career is done and dusted.

Given the fan base that Punk has in WWE, what if WWE decides to mend fences with the 'Straight Edge Superstar' and bring him back as a surprise number 30 entrant in next year's Rumble. It would definitely prove to be an epic event.
Also think of it, Punk winning the event and taking on Vince McMahon's top guy Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 35. It would blow off all ratings records.
Though it seems a bit distant lately, one should never forget that anything and everything is possible with WWE.
