On tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown, Chelsea Green will face Michin in a dumpster match. For those unaware of what a dumpster match is, it's simple. Like most matches, a dumpster match begins in the ring, but to win the match, a superstar is supposed to throw his or her opponent in a dumpster.
These dumpsters are usually placed near the ring or on the stage. In many ways, it's similar to a casket match. While the dumpster match between Chelsea Green and Michin has gained a lot of hype, it won't be the first time a match of this type will take place on WWE programming.
In this article, we will take a look at the three dumpster matches one must watch before Chelsea Green faces Michin tonight:

Cactus Jack and Chainsaw Charlie vs The New Age Outlaws - WWE WrestleMania 14
At WrestleMania 14, Cactus Jack and Chainsaw Charlie faced The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg & Billy Gunn) for the WWF Tag Team Championships in a dumpster match. This match between the two teams was filled with action throughout.
While the Outlaws managed to get Cactus and Charlie inside the dumpster, they were not able to shut the lid. This led to the action continuing, and the fight eventually escalated backstage. Eventually, Charlie appeared with a forklift and dropped both opponents into a dumpster, with Cactus Jack shutting the lid.
D-Generation X vs The Dudley Boyz - King of the Ring 2000
In the year 2000, D-Generation X (Road Dogg, X-Pac, & Tori) faced The Dudley Boyz in a handicap tables dumpster match. This contest between the two factions was majorly dominated by The Dudleys, but a distraction from Tori caused them to lose focus.
D-Generation X eventually ended up taking advantage of the situation and hit The Dudley Boyz with steel chairs. Later, The Dudley Boyz were thrown into the dumpster, and Tori ultimately closed the lid, which led to D-Generation X winning the match.
Braun Strowman vs Kalisto - WWE RAW
On the April 24th, 2017, edition of WWE RAW, which was the go-home show for Payback, Braun Strowman faced Kalisto in a dumpster match. On paper, Strowman was supposed to win this match with ease, but Kalisto used his mind and agility to send The Monster Among Men into the dumpster.
However, this victory was not sweet for Kalisto because Strowman, enraged by the defeat, attacked Kalisto violently after the match. This bout between the two individuals was the third-ever dumpster match in WWE, and Chelsea Green and Michin will compete in the fourth-ever dumpster match on SmackDown tonight.
