#3 Kofi Kingston will finally win the WWE Championship
After being sidelined by Vince McMahon twice in the past few weeks, Kofi Kingston will inevitably get his match against Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship. That match will happen at WrestleMania and Kofi will put an end to Bryan’s “reign of horror” and finally win the big one after eleven years.
Kofi picked up the ball that he was given when Mustafa Ali was removed from the Elimination Chamber due to injury. Ali got his championship match last night as he joined Kevin Owens in the WWE Championship match against Bryan, but fell short. The two questions left are how will Kofi get into the title match at WrestleMania and will it be a one on one match?
Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.
I can see Kofi getting the title match by either allowing Kofimania run wild much like the Yes Movement did in 2014 until Bryan got his match against Triple H. Kofi’s story is eerily similar to Bryan’s story heading into WrestleMania 30. I can also see Vince stating that Kofi needs to defeat someone or multiple people to get his match. To drive up the drama, I could see him having to defeat his New Day brethren to do so.
As for whether it will be a singles match or not. The only reason this could be a multi man match is that Kevin Owens could have a gripe that he was not prepared for a triple threat match and was anticipating it being just him and Bryan for the title. However, that wouldn’t be a babyface thing to do, so I see the WWE Title match at WrestleMania just being Kofi vs Bryan.
In the climax to the match, I can see Erick Rowan and a possibly returned Luke Harper trying to get involved to cost Kofi, but the New Day are out to thwart those attempts and Kofi hits Trouble on Paradise to Bryan to pick up the victory and get a massive pop from the crowd!
