#2. Heel turn: Humberto Carrillo
Humberto Carrillo is in a good position on RAW. He's having great matches, he's regularly featured on television and is now being guided by his idol Rey Mysterio. While it's an ideal position to be in even when he's challenging Andrade for the United States title, it's realistic to assume that his push may not last for long.
Look at the case of Cedric Alexander. He had a few important appearances but has been forgotten about since then. With Carrillo, the problem with him isn't his in-ring ability. It's the fact that he lacks any kind of personality.
His first interesting storyline has been against his cousin Angel Garza - who is thriving with great in-ring performances and solid character-work. Given the rumors that Andrade could drop the United States title at Elimination Chamber, we wouldn't be surprised to see Angel Garza help him and turn on Andrade.
This would mean a double-turn but it would also align Carrillo with Garza - a far more exciting prospect than the current Mysterio-Carrillo alliance. It'll help give a boost and some much-needed character development.
