Apollo Crews lost to Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown Live
Apollo Crews looks to be the subject of an interesting push on SmackDown Live at present and that continued this week when he was put in a match against Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. The match was dominated by Crews throughout, but as Champion, Nakamura was able to find a way to come out on top, which means that he's still looking for a challenger at SummerSlam.

The one sour point of this match was the fact that Nakamura was supposed to move out of the way of a splash from Apollo Crews to set up the finish to the match. It appeared that Nakamura forgot that he had to move and Crews actually hit the splash, but The Artist no-sold it and still went on to hit the Kinshasa for the win.
