3 Fantastic botches and mistakes you missed this week on Monday Night Raw (July 29th, 2019)

#2. Sami Zayn's roll up botch

Rey Mysterio and Sami Zayn were part of a huge botch on Raw

Sami Zayn has had a rough few weeks on WWE TV and this went from bad to worse this week when his input as part of the gauntlet match to become number one contender for the United States Championship was a small one.

Zayn was the third man to be added to the match and even though Rey Mysterio had already overcome Cesaro and was unable to stand ahead of their encounter, he was still able to pin Zayn after he missed the Helluva Kick.

The pin didn't actually go to plan though since Mysterio was unable to keep hold of Zayn's legs and then had to act quickly and instead reverse into another pin to eliminate The Critic of The Critics.

It is unknown where this botch leaves Zayn moving forward, but it's quite obvious now that the former NXT Champion is definitely in freefall.
