Chyna made her WWE debut as Triple H's bodyguard and soon turned into one of the most intriguing acts on WWE television. Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Chyna later formed D-Generation X, one of the most successful factions in WWE history. In mid-1999, Chyna kicked off a feud with Jeff Jarrett over the latter's Intercontinental title. Jarrett defeated Chyna at Unforgiven to retain the belt.

Mere weeks later, Chyna defeated Jarrett to become the first-ever female Intercontinental Champion in WWE history. She is the only woman in WWE history to have held the coveted belt. Chyna soon got into a feud with Chris Jericho and defeated him to retain her belt at Survivor Series 1999. Finally, Jericho managed to defeat Chyna at Armageddon and put an end to her historic title reign.
In addition to her two Intercontinental title runs, Chyna has also won the WWE Women's title on one occasion. She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as a part of DX in 2019, three years after her tragic passing.
