Dolph Ziggler may be the only one standing in between Drew McIntyre and an individual championship.

Both men are currently the Raw Tag Team Champions together and are enjoying a great run with the title with very few title defences. However, this is decreasing the value of the Tag Team titles which has already been hit by title reigns by the B-Team and The Deleter of Worlds before them.

Dolph Ziggler helped with the return of Drew McIntyre, and built him as the muscle he is known today. Now it seems like McIntyre is already the bigger superstar on Raw as compared to Ziggler, and doesn’t need The Showoff next to him anymore.

Ziggler may have his eyes on the top prize too and have hopes that the Scottish Psychopath will help him win the only men’s title he hasn’t won in the WWE yet, which is the Universal Championship.

Therefore, a rivalry between the two men will help McIntyre break free for an individual run, and also make him seem like a greater villain before he goes on to take the title off Roman Reigns.
