Sami Zayn is another fairytale story that hasn’t quite hit a home run on the main roster. Unlike his friend Kevin Owens who has won the United States Championship, the Universal Championship, and the Intercontinental Championship, Zayn hasn’t even lifted a single championship on the main roster yet.
The former NXT Champion has had some extremely high-profile and fan loved rivalries on the main roster, but not all has gone his way as he has failed to make it to the top of the roster to get his hand on the gold.
See who is stunned by Hulk Hogan's words HERE
Zayn worked his way up in the developmental brand as he was never a big guy but a talented one who worked hard to prove his worth. But knowing that even Dolph Ziggler has gotten his hands on the World Heavyweight Championship, one wonders what Zayn has done to not get in contention for at least a mid-card title run.
Hopefully, things will change once Zayn returns from injury, and it would be the perfect time for him to make his main roster impact and punch his ticket to the top.
