There is little doubt that Samoa Joe is one of SmackDown Live’s most experienced superstar. The reason for that is his work on many different promotions before making his way to the WWE and NXT.

One of the most surprising facts about Joe is that he has been kept away from gold by WWE since he was introduced on the main roster.

He has had numerous feuds for the top prizes in the WWE, and even feuded with men like Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, and most recently with AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. His last attempt to win the title was the closest he’s gotten to a main roster championship, as he received many chances but the WWE decided not to pull the trigger on him.

Fans have been waiting and predicting his championship win for some time now, and it’s surprising that the former NXT Champion has been deprived of gold by WWE for such a long time on the main roster.

The most likely reason for that is his injury proneness which has kept him away from competition for some time on and off.

If The Samoan Submission Machine is planning to stay with the company for a few more years then there is little doubt that he will have a few championships under his belt soon.
